Job Description:
Prime Recovery LLC is actively hiring motivated and dependable debt collectors to join our growing in-house team in Tonawanda, NY. This is a full-time, in-person role with excellent growth potential as we transition from remote collections to a high-performance local office.
We’re looking for individuals who are comfortable on the phone, results-driven, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment where your performance directly contributes to your earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and take inbound calls to resolve past-due balances
Negotiate and set up payment plans or settlements with consumers
Accurately document conversations and account activity
Follow federal and state laws (including the FDCPA) in all collection activity
Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals (calls, payments, contacts)
Work closely with your team and management to maintain a productive, professional atmosphere
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in third-party collections
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Professional, confident phone presence
Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges
Reliable, coachable, and ready to work full-time in-person
Bilingual a plus but not required
